Body-Led Breastfeeding Techniques for Postpartum Doulas
Cost: $110
This lactation support workshop is designed for doulas, postpartum nurses, CLCs, and anyone supporting mothers in high-touch, relational care.
Body-Led Breastfeeding is an approach to functional feeding built on the interplay between an infant's suck and how they use their body. This workshop is designed to build on the basics of doula-led breastfeeding support to provide additional tools that can be used to identify when feeding is not functioning optimally and what to do to support it.

Natural Lymphatic Treatment for Mastitis / Blocked Ducts
Cost: $175
In this workshop, we will be integrating our knowledge of how the breast works with assessment and treatment skills for mastitis and blocked ducts. There has been a lot of movement in the field recently - the most recent evidence for treatment of mastitis and blocked ducts does not support some of the techniques that have been used in the field of lactation for decades!
But knowing what not to do is different from being able to assess and treat from an entirely different framework. We will review the evidence and new information we have about the anatomy and function of the breast.
The most important part of this workshop will be the practice of hands-on treatment skills with volunteer parents, with supervision, and time to process what we saw and felt afterwards.
