I am a bodyworker, birthworker, and yoga teacher, based in Hillsborough, NC. I studied Environmental Studies at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2011, before moving into massage and bodywork in 2019. I offer bodywork to adults and infants, with infant bodywork training in both craniosacral therapy and myofascial techniques.

 

I got into infant bodywork after noticing that many of my doula clients were looking for bodywork to support nursing and feeding issues after their babies were born. I work with individual families and also have experience in local tongue tie release clinics.
